Taking AI from pilot program to everyday workflow.
How I turned a quality-control gap into an award-winning voice and style system for our in-house agency.
Hi, I'm Eric. A DFW-based Creative Director and Copywriter who's been closing the gap between "curious" and "customer" for over 15 years, now using AI to sharpen strategy and control quality.
“Eric helped me grow as a writer through steady mentorship, sharp feedback, and real encouragement. He brings craft, calm under pressure, and an approachable leadership style that makes the work and the team better.”Senior copywriter
“Eric is the kind of creative leader whose feedback makes a tangible difference. He creates an environment of respect, treats people like collaborators, and pushes the work without losing sight of the people doing it.”Direct report
“Eric is proactive, generous, and deeply reliable on complex, fast-moving accounts. He has a rare ability to turn complicated subject matter into clear, credible, conversational copy that works.”Creative partner
I build practical AI systems for creative teams — the kind that protect voice, sharpen judgment, and help better work get out the door faster.

How I built custom GPTs that catch voice, style, and brand issues so writers can spend more time on the idea.
How I used AI to pressure-test language, surface blind spots, and protect the human stakes of sensitive content.
My work lives where attention becomes a click, call, subscription, sale, or next step.
A film director may not operate the camera, light the set, or edit the final cut. But they are responsible for the audience's point of view: what they see, what they feel, and what they remember.
That is how I work with UX, design, and development (I did go to film school after all). A TV spot, social post, mailer, or retail message can create interest. The product page has to convert that interest into a decision. The preview was free; now the customer is deciding whether the full thing is worth paying for.
Across T-Mobile broadband, its sequels and spinoffs, my job was to represent the customer's point of view and direct the experience logic: sequence, hierarchy, message priority, proof points, friction, and payoff.
Talented writers, designers, and developers built the pages. I made sure everything came together as an experience that could earn trust, answer doubt, and seal the deal.
Bring the messy brief, the high-stakes offer, the AI workflow, or the role that needs copy judgment and calm direction. I can help make it easier to understand and easier to act on.
